When I thought I couldn’t love you more than when I first looked at you the day you were born…last night happened. It was “Love at First Touch.” I will always remember Monday, September 4, 2006. That is the date when your daddy placed you in my arms for the first time. The real miracle of life occurs when your child’s child is born. At that time, life comes full circle.
I heard your cry when your daddy and nurse were tending to your needs. Your sound is sweet to my ears – a love song.
I am so proud to wear my “pink” hospital bracelet, and so glad when someone asks me why I’m wearing it! You are living proof that great things come in small packages.
My experience with you at the hospital is my “prime time.” I’m so anxious to begin making memories with you that will live on forever! Love, Nana
